  • High Level Schedule

    Defines the overall milestones and work efforts at a high level.

  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

    Defines the individual work efforts, scope of work and responsibility.

  • WBS Schedules

    Detailed schedules and resource planning in support of the overall high-level schedule.

  • WBS SOW (Statement of Work) and Budgets

    Defines the detailed statement of work for each WBS element, the budgets and resources.

  • Governance and Communication Plan

    Defines required recurring meetings, design reviews and reporting metrics to assure the project is progressing to the schedule, and to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Customer Interview

    For each deliverable, we interview our customers and any stakeholders to assure agreement on success criteria. Competing factors are weighed and prioritized prior to analysis so decisions can be made objectively and to everyone's satisfaction.

  • CPM Execution Plan

    Critical Path schedule that integrates all work efforts and interdependencies. Drives the day-to-day work effort and resource allocation. Leo Sunergy utilizes Microsoft Project and Primavera software tools to manage schedules.
