Meet Leo Sunergy's Solar Consultants

Adam Dolezal, Solar Consultant

As solar consultant with Leo Sunergy, Adam is responsible for prospecting new business and for providing customized solar solutions for our range of residential and commercial customers in the DC-Metro area.

Adam was first exposed to solar energy when he worked managing a solar installation for a rural community in the West African country of Sierra Leone. As a program coordinator with Global Explorers, he managed international educational immersion programs for blind students. He has also worked in procurement for a commodities trading company in the solar thin-film industry in Silicon Valley, CA. Before coming to Leo Sunergy, Adam was project manager at a Washington, DC based solar integrator.

Adam's Master's thesis at the University of London explored opportunities for solar energy in developing countries emanating from international conventions and financial institutions. Adam has a BA in International Affairs and Modern Languages and an MA in International Environmental Policy and Human Rights.

Joe Dalto, Area Sales Manager, Solar Consultant

As a Solar Consultant, Joe has the skill and experience to evaluate and consult on energy consumption and solar energy power generation systems. Joe advises customers of all available alternative and renewable energy sources and then recommends a system designed for the special needs of each property owner.

With extensive experience in sizing and designing solar installations, each customer gets a system custom-built to meet their specific goal. Joe is also familiar with all current Federal, State, Utility and local rebates, incentives, credits and grants, and advises customers on how to eliminate their electric costs and maximize their investment in solar energy.

Mr. Dalto brings many years of experience devoted to sales, business development, marketing and management, from the broadcast, print, internet and renewable energy fields to his work with Leo Sunergy. With his strong background in energy and technology, combined with years of management experience and a personal passion for nature and the environment, spreading the good news about Solar Energy is a natural opportunity for him.

Noel Hazelwood, Solar Consultant

Noel Hazelwood serves as a Solar Consultant, handling residential projects in western Maryland and southern Pennsylvania. He is responsible for helping residential customers choose a solar system and financial package to suit their needs.

Noel started his career home improvement, serving as a contractor and salesman in Maryland for 11 years and brings this knowledge of subcontracting and the permitting process to his work with Leo Sunergy.

Noel holds an MHIC Contractor's License (#85915) and is working towards his BS degree in Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
